Bluewater Haewene BrimThe Hæwene Brim FPSO is located on the UKCS Pierce Field. The vessel produces, stores and offloads the crude for the field operator, Shell UK Exploration & Production.
Bluewater purchased the Hæwene Brim FPSO (formerly Berge Hugin) on 1 October, 2001 from Navion and Bergesen. It was at this time that the Pierce Production Company (PPC) in Aberdeen, who were owned 50-50 by Statoil and Aker Maritime, was also taken over.
Since February 1999 the Hæwene Brim has been producing on the Shell UK operated Pierce field on the United Kindom Continental shelf.
