What's the name of this barge and do you know who is the owner?

I believe it was put together for the Piltun float out by Samsung, the previous year a similiar barge was used for the Lunskoye float out, I think both were to be scrapped after that, cannot remember any names though.
I seem to remember they cost about $10 million each.
