Shell Mars TLPThe Mars Tension-leg Platform, or Mars Platform, is a permanent offshore drilling and production tension-leg oil platform operating at Mississippi Canyon block 807 in the Gulf of Mexico. At 990.6 m (3,250 ft), it was for a period of time the deepest TLP, measured from its base on the seabed to the top of its tower.

In 2005, the platform was badly damaged when Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf of Mexico, but has now been repaired.
