Yes, you could even on rare days do a bit of tanning on your rest time, this was the assistant mechanic Alf - forgot the surname. OIMs would have fit if they saw this today I think.

Yes, Just found out that Alf Cooke was the Medic I worked with. Can't remember which rig I was on at the time. It would be nice to hear from him. The hard hat you can see on the right of the picture would not be allowed today, and these trousers?
